Beginner Fat Loss Tips For Women

Losing weight can be a challenge for anyone, no matter how much you know or how much training you have. Most of the time our bodies are our own worst enemies, holding onto the calories and storing them where we hate the most! It’s no secret that fat likes to hang around right in those problem areas around the midsection and thighs.
But you shouldn’t worry too much because there are fat loss tips for women that are simple enough to use even for beginners!

There are a few things that you can do to help burn fat and trim down your figure. It doesn’t matter if you’re just beginning your fat loss journey or looking to sculpt your body a little more.

  • Activate your metabolism: Instead of of having 2 or 3 big meals that take a long time to digest, break them up into 4 to 6 smaller meals. This will give your body a chance to use the food to fuel your body without storing much of it.

  • Eat with purpose: When we eat carbohydrates, our bodies convert the leftover that is not burned up for energy into fat for storage. As the day goes on  we also get less active (less need for energy to be produced), so don’t give your body a chance to work against you! Eat the bulk of your carbohydrates (breads, potatoes, etc.)  in the morning so they can be used up over the day!

  • Smart hydration:  Sodas and most store bought fruit juice is loaded with sugar (simple carbohydrates), much more sugar than you could possibly need. All that excess sugar gets broken down and stored up for later-as fat! Try to limit your soda intake (yes, even diet soda) to one 12oz can per day, or none at  all. Have water with meals and when you get thirsty, 64oz worth a day. It’s hard at first because your body will crave the taste of the sweetness, so don’t sit down to drink a huge glass of water at a time. Drink it in small doses frequently to keep yourself well hydrated, and to prevent yourself from getting really thirsty.
